Tubes

Description

Thermoplastics are a family of polymers with numerous industrial applications. Known for durability, lightness, and relatively low production costs, thermoplastics can be melted and recast almost indefinitely. Once heated, they can be moulded or extruded into a wide variety of shapes, which then harden upon cooling.

Product Ranges :-

1.PU Ester Tubes :

Used in Pneumatic Circuits

2.Ether Tubes :

Used in Pneumatic circuits with water and food grade applications.

3.PA6 Tubes :

Used for pneumatic circuits having higher pressure requirements than PU. This tube has lesser flexibility than PU

4. PA12 tubes :

Used more for Transportation sector. It performs better in aggressive environment as has a lesser water absorption than PA6.

5.PE tubes :

These tubes are used in potable water applications. This is cheaper than PU Ether and has lesser elasticity and hence can produce kink if bent more than the bending radius.

6.2 layer Antispatter PU tubes :

These tubes are used in applications which involves regular sparks hitting the tube surface e.g. Robotic welding in automobile and other industries

7. 2 layer Antispatter PA tubes :

These tubes are used in applications which involves regular sparks hitting the tube surface but requires higher operating pressure and lesser flexibility than Antispatter PU tubes.
